The Wessex Aeromodellers League is designed to provide LOW-COST local competition for club modellers and to dovetail with normal club sport flying at club flying fields.

VINTAGE r/c GEORGE FULLER POWER DURATION LEAGUE

New for 2012 we have an r/c GEORGE FULLER power duration contest for three of his designs: STOMPER, ZOOT SUIT or DIXIELANDER.

Rounds will be flown at Middle Wallop and Cashmoor. The best 4 scores to count.

Eligible engines are the PAW 1.49, 2.49 or .19 plain bearing or schneurle ported as supplied as standard. No CT or tuned engines.

Models are also eligible for the SAM 35 vintage power duration series. See SAM 35 for details of the rules and dates.

Vintage power duration is just one of a series of Wessex League events that are held in the Dorset, Wiltshire and Hampshire areas. Also available are vintage Tomboy, Low-Cost 600RES electric thermal, Spitfire Scramble and Control line speed events.
